Free Listings

  • Free website listing: Includes a photo or logo, a narrative description, and a link to your website. If desired, the Downtown Association of Fairbanks can create the image and help write your narrative. Free of charge.

  • Free listing for downtown businesses in our Fairbanks Downtown Guide: We produce 50,000 guides yearly. These guides are the main promotional piece for the downtown core businesses, and have a big advertising impact on visitors and residents. Members in the downtown core have the exclusive opportunity to add a narrative and a picture to the Fairbanks Downtown Guide for a nominal fee. We will be happy to assist you with your image and narrative.

  • Free subscription to, and listing in, our Quarterly Newsletter: The newsletter is sent to all members electronically, but it is also available in print by request. Additionally, the newsletter is distributed to downtown spaces, such as coffee shops and hotels. All members are listed in the newsletters.

  • A chance to be chosen for our Member Spotlight advertising campaign: This program highlights downtown core businesses through advertisements in the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner, on our website, and in our Quarterly Newsletter.

The Downtown Association is a 501 C 4 which allows businesses to deduct dues if they are “ordinary and necessary” to the conduct of your business.
